STATE of Origin rivalry was alive and well at Groper Creek with three barbecues held at The Boat House, in aid of the Groper Creek Rural Fire Brigade.
About 80 caravanners and locals enjoyed the annual Qld versus NSW clash, with the end result favouring our home state.
In good sportsmanship, NSW Blues’ supporter, Pam Osborne honoured her bet to paint the QLD Maroon stripe 2022 win on the Groper Creek Origin tally pole/flood marker.
