AN Open Day will be held at St Colman’s School on Tuesday, June 6 with a special theme – a celebration of farming in our area.
School Principal, Karen Keys said everyone was welcome at the event, even if they are not attendees at the school.
“It is a celebration of our farming community, with Wilmar, Sunwater, the Prawn farm, Mick the Cane Cutter, tractors, ponies, a petting zoo, our local emergency services and craft activities,” Ms Keys said.
The free activities will take place from 9am to 10.30am and all ages are welcome.
Attendees are also welcome to look over St. Colman’s School, which currently is “91 students strong”.
