A NEW Main Road contractor’s camp has just been set up at Iyah Creek, south of Home Hill and I’m led to believe that another overtaking lane is to be built between Inkerman Hill and Home Hill.
Work is also to be carried out on turning lanes to the entrance of Inkerman Hill; which will definitely make it safer for the travelling public wanting to climb the hilltop.
Top marks for this project and all will be finished before Christmas—and again, it depends on the weather, of course.
