New Professional Coach for Home Hill Tennis Association

Home Hill Tennis Association

THE Home Hill Tennis Association has a new coach, starting in Term three.

Lessons for Hot Shots, including blue, red, orange, green and yellow ball, and cardio, will continue to be offered on Wednesday afternoons and evenings, while there will also be an opportunity to arrange private lessons.

Highly qualified club professional coach, Tim Robinson from Tennis Blast at Kalynda Chase in Townsvillewill be the operator.

Mr Robinson has been running his business in the city for over 10 years, with many of the north’s recent successful up-and-coming players being coached at Tennis Blast.

He will plan and oversee all lessons, which will be delivered by Junior Development Qualified Coach, Kayla Acornero.

Kayla, an Ingham product, has worked under Tim for four years and is keen to begin her journey towards Club Professional training at the end of the year.

Smaller class sizes as well as well as the highly acclaimed Hot Shots program will be fully implemented, meaning that families and players will be getting good value for their dollar spent.

To support coaching and grow numbers at the club, Home Hill Tennis will be using the State Government’s Activate Strategy funding that the club was recently successful in gaining.

More information on lessons and times is available by emailing homehilltennis@gmail.com who send out a player pack and pass on Tim Robinson’s contact details.
