THE Home Hill community has again taken the time to remember The Fallen from the First World War as a small crowd gathered outside the Burdekin Memorial Hall on Friday, November 11 to commemorate Remembrance Day.

A great turnout for the Home Hill Harvest Festival with a very large crowd and great weather, thanks to the people who took the time and trouble to enter a float, or who just took part in the parade.
Gateway to Home Hill erected in the Lloyd Mann Park
It’s been a long slog and after more than one year the “Gateway to Home Hill” was complete on 8th November 2022 in the Lloyd Mann Park. The idea, conception and planning were done by me, with the fabrication of the installation by Vass Engineering.
